EXPEDITION INVESTS IN 28th & CAMELBACK MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA

July 18, 2017 | PHOENIX, AZ - 28th & Camelback is a 253-unit, five-story multifamily development project in the Camelback corridor of Phoenix.

The Camelback corridor is known for its restaurants, the famous Arizona Biltmore Hotel and the high-end Fashion Park shopping area. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport and downtown Phoenix are only seven and five miles away, respectively. 28th & Camelback began construction in June 2017 and will be completed in summer 2019 (26 months) with first units available in spring 2019. The project will have 246,628 square feet of net rentable area and will contain a five-story parking garage. There is no retail contemplated in the project. The project will front Camelback Rd.

Community amenities include a high-end fitness center, conference room, dining room, cyber lounge, interior courtyard with pool, controlled building access and wifi connectivity. Interiors will feature 10’ ceilings with 8’ doors. Gourmet kitchens with wood cabinets and luxury finishes will be used. This includes hard surface floorings in kitchen and living areas, stainless appliances, washer/dryers, media connections with speakers, ceiling fans, bedroom closets with built-in shelving and showers with frameless enclosures.
